- Can I add multiple vehicles to my account?
- Yes, all plans except from the Solo Plan allows you to add multiple vehicle rego's to your account and manage them all from one convenient dashboard.
- Can I receive reminders on more than one mobile number?
- Currently, reminders can only be sent to a single mobile number per account.
- When will I recieve the SMS reminders?
- You'll receive reminders at 28 days (4 weeks), 14 days (2 weeks), 7 days (1 week), 3 days, the day before, and on the day of your vehicle rego's expiry date.
- Can I customise the frequency or timing of the reminders?
- Currently, the reminder frequency and timing are set to ensure you receive timely notifications leading up to your rego renewal.
- What happens if I miss my rego renewal despite receiving reminders?
- While we do our best to remind you about your registration renewal, ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure your rego is up-to-date. If you miss your renewal, you may be subject to fines or penalties.
- What happens if I sell my vehicle or no longer own it?
- You can simply remove the vehicle from your account once you no longer own it.
